1 Introduction & Applicability

bv44 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of bv44's website bv44.lat and all its related services, features, and content.

3 Age Restrictions

bv44 is strictly not for minors. The platform is for users aged 21 and above only.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

bv44 currently processes transactions through the popular mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. Rocket is the mobile wallet of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — each method).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Complete the transaction with the correct amount and reference number.

4.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Ineligible Funds

If bv44 identifies any deposit as fraudulent, unlawful, or in violation of these terms, it reserves the right to forfeit those funds and close the associated account.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

bv44 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its users. Specific terms apply to each bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳14,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may use each promotion only once.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts will be considered fraud.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — withdrawal is only possible after completing the required wagering.
• bv44 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• VIP members receive weekly cashback according to their tier (Bronze to Diamond — see the VIP page for details).

6 Betting Rules

All bets on bv44 are governed by the principles of transparency and fairness. The following rules apply to all betting activity.

6.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• A bet is considered final only once the system confirms it.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the relevant funds will be refunded.
• bv44 reserves the right to cancel any bet identified as fraudulent.

6.2 Sports Betting

bv44 offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Hypothetical matches such as Bangladesh vs India may be used as examples of betting markets. Specific rules apply to each event.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games and slots are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Ensuring fair play is one of bv44's primary responsibilities.

7 User Code of Conduct

All users of the bv44 platform must comply with the following code of conduct:

1. Do not attempt to hack any system on the platform or gain unauthorised access.
2. Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence is prohibited.
3. Gaining unfair advantage through collusion with other users is prohibited.
4. Do not use the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
5. Threatening or abusive behaviour towards other users or bv44 staff is prohibited.
6. Using bv44's name or logo without permission is prohibited.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bv44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms.
• Registration using false information.
• Detection of fraudulent activity or unusual betting patterns.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Failure to verify age or registering while under 21 years of age.
• Extended period of inactivity (as per the inactive account policy).

Users may also request to close their own account at any time. In that case, any remaining valid balance may be withdrawn.
